Local Headline Reads: Replacing Auto Parts Presents Problems

Our local business writer starts her commentary with this statement, "aftermarket products can lower trade-in value". She goes on to flesh out her article with quotes from local auto dealers.

She quotes Lou Kaltenstein, president of Norris Auto Group, as saying, "A good trained eye will look at a hood, for example, and be able to tell that hood is not the original hood. Would there be diminished value? Absolutely."
